Please let your medical professional know the jewelry is permanent — usually they will work with you to find a solution. If it needs to be removed, it can be simply clipped with nail clippers on the welded jump ring. Save your chain and have it put back on at your convenience.

Caring for Your Jewelry
All pieces of jewelry can easily be cleaned using warm water & mild soap, then gently pat dry. Once finished, gently polish with a cleaning cloth for added shine! Note: sterling silver may oxidize when exposed to elements such as salty air, chlorine, sulfur in water or products, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach, strong chemicals, and even a person’s pH — so it may need a little extra love to keep it shiny through frequent cleaning and polishing.
